What are the shipping charges?
There are no shipping charges for orders within our delivery area.

Why are there no prices in the catalog?
Many prices fluctuate with the market or quantity ordered. To obtain a price on an item, please check with your salesman or call a customer service representative.

What are your office and show room hours?
We are open for calls and walk-in customers from 7:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Can I charge my order to a credit card account rather than a Brown Supply charge account?
You may use a VISA or Mastercard credit account, but be sure to let your salesman or customer service representative know when you place the order.

Can I place an order the same day deliveries are scheduled for my area?
You may place an order, but it will not be delivered until the following week. Our trucks are loaded the day before a scheduled delivery and leave very early in the morning on the day of delivery.

How late in the day can I call in an order to make a next day out of town delivery?
If your area is scheduled for a delivery the next day, you may place a telephone order as late as 3:00pm of the day before the scheduled delivery day.

If my business is in Lima, Ohio, when can I expect delivery?
If you place your order before 10:00am, your order will be delivered the same day. If after 10:00am, expect delivery the following day.

How are back orders handled?
We make every effort to keep an extensive inventory of janitorial and maintenance supplies in our warehouse. However, we occasionally have to place an item on back order due to an unexpected demand of the item or a manufacturer's delay. These items will be shipped on the next scheduled delivery day after arriving at our warehouse. Back orders will not appear on your invoice until after they are delivered to you.

Can I special order an item you don't carry in your warehouse?
Some items not normally stocked in our warehouse can be special ordered from our line of manufacturer's. Check with your salesman or call a customer service representative to see if your item is available.
